Mona Moore

Mona Moore is CEO and President of Business and Technical Strategy at Focus Web Technologies.  Over the past seven years, Mona has owned and operated this successful development firm and worked with a variety of clients to grow their web presence.

Previous to that, Mona worked as an engineer for General Motors North American Operations in Pontiac, MI and Mesa, AZ.  She held a variety of positions during the ten-year period she was with GM, beginning as a supplier quality engineer and ending as a finite element analysis engineer.

Mona holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dorothy Desroches

Dorothy Desroches is Chief Operating Officer for Focus Web Technologies.  She oversees all day-to-day functions of project management, efficiencies, trending and time management of staff. Dorothy is an accomplished Manager with a proven ability to achieve aggressive project goals on schedule and within budget.

Capable of coordinating large teams in support of multiple, concurrent projects, Dorothy comes to us with over 15 years of management experience. She most recently held the position of Development Manager at Stardust Companies. The extensive project management experience she gained there stemmed from her involvement in the supervision of multiple residential developments from escrow to final plat recordation. Dorothy also brings 5 years of engineering experience to our team. She has both a BS in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.

Wendy Putler

Wendy Putler is Director of Technology for Focus Web Technologies.  She has worked in information services since 1980, has been involved in the internet since 1994, when she started her first internet business.   Early on, Wendy worked for the Nebraska Small Business Development Center, which first inspired her entrepreneurial spirit.

Before starting her own business, however, she worked on designing and installing local area networks for major corporations, including Qwest, Con-Agra and major call center corporations, where she gained experience in managing large projects and working with leading-edge technology.

At First Data Corporation, she rolled out network applications, including email to corporate headquarters and the subsidiaries. She provided direction and training to the IT departments for the entire corporation. She was recruited by American Express for her email network knowledge and was responsible for rolling out PC-based email for the entire corporation. There, she also became certified in the first popular collaborative software, Lotus Notes.

Over the past five years, she has been devoted to web consulting service, web programming and web database development.  Wendy holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and started her MBA with Arizona State University.

Claire Yar

Claire Yar was born and raised in the UK and is proud to still have her accent (”people love that” she tells us). She came to the US in 1994, serving as an au pair before getting married and making the US her permanent residence.

Prior to 1994, Claire earned an accounting degree in the UK, worked for 5 years managing fixed assets and bank reconciliations for a large trailer manufacturer (”HUGELY boring”, she tells), and after 1995 worked in Wall Street for what was Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) as an Investment Administrator settling million dollar trades (”STRESSFUL”- we believe it, Claire).

Claire then worked as a Senior Trainer for Chase Bank, and then as a Technical Training Manager for United Healthcare. Since then, Claire designed computer databases for small businesses and created and taught computer training classes for Chandler Parks and Recreation Division until she came to work for Focus Web Technologies in early 2008… the rest is history and Bob’s your uncle!

Gabrielle Koza

Gabrielle Koza provides client training and project management for Focus Web Technologies. She holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and has worked in the electronics industry as a programmer, instructional designer, and technical writer. She has provided management support and web design for several non-profit organizations in the valley.

Gabrielle’s unique set of skills allows her to create a bridge between those in technical and non-technical areas, ensuring that the clients’ and users’ needs are met.

Tara Adams

Tara Adams serves as project manager and sales person extraordinaire for Focus Web Technologies.  Tara is originally from Augusta, Georgia (Home of the Masters Golf Tournament) where she started her career as a Customer Service Representative for several retail corporate offices.  She then transitioned into a more than seven year career in Marketing and Project Management with a successful convenience store chain.  Now settled in Phoenix with her growing family, she is very excited to join the professionals at Focus Web Technologies to continue her career doing what she excels at. Welcome aboard, Tara!

Becky Crockett

Becky Crockett is part of our design team.  After high school, she went into the Coast Guard, but left after a year to go back to college.  She worked as a hotel reservation agent for Pegasus Solutions and criminal document filer for the Superior Court of Arizona before deciding to start her own business.  As a self-taught graphic designer, she specializes in web site graphics and album art design for podcasters and bloggers, but has done work for many businesses and organizations as well.  She produces high quality graphics in a timely manner whether the client knows exactly what they want, or if they have no idea where to start.

Kelly Madonna

Kelly Madonna is originally from England and holds a BA from Essex University in U.S. Studies.  She has been in the U.S. since 1997. She has a ten year career in the Inventory, Purchasing & Operations arena. Her employment experience has been with small-sized companies and start ups which have experienced explosive growth from her contributions to their Operations teams. Prior to joining Focus Web Technologies, Kelly was an Inventory Specialist for Phoenix-based toy company The Learning Journey Intl. She managed purchasing with several toy factories in China & supervised PO requirements, toy production, testing, inspection & importation into the U.S.  Her extensive vendor relationship management experience also comes from her years working in the Purchasing & Operations departments of Shorty’s Skateboards & GBMI footwear brands, both in California.
